The Incubation Program
Two batches a year. Nobody goes through it alone.
Each batch is a cohort of startups that go through a structured program together, and every startup is paired with a dedicated mentor who guides them the whole way. The point is not the curriculum. The point is that you are never the only person carrying it.
How it works
Six steps, start to alumni
This is the whole shape of it. No hidden stages, no surprise commitments.
Step 1
Apply
Two batches every year. Applications stay open between deadlines, so you are never waiting a full cycle to be seen.
Step 2
Join a cohort
You are selected into a batch, not picked out of one. The other founders in it are your first support system.
Step 3
Meet your mentor
Every startup is paired with a dedicated mentor from the diaspora who walks the entire journey with you. Not office hours. One person who knows your company.
Step 4
The program
Structured education across fundamentals, product, fundraising, and go to market, on a weekly cadence, alongside mentorship and the cohort.
Step 5
Demo and connect
Graduation is an introduction, not an exit. You meet investors, partners, and talent inside the flock, warmly and with context.
Step 6
Stay in the flock
Alumni keep their mentor and their network for as long as they need them. That is the whole point of a flock.

One person from the diaspora who has built something, who knows your company by name, and who is still there when the program ends. They made the mistakes you are about to make. That is the shortcut nobody can buy.
Mentors are matched by what you need, not by who is free. If we cannot find the right person for you, we say so rather than pairing you badly.
